Can I make a return or exchange?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not under most circumstances.
Apparel is the exception to this rule.
If you have questions about sizing, materials, etc., about a clothing item, please email us with your questions! Exchanges
However, if the item(s) you received is defective (ie. printing error, improper packaging) or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Why don't you ship internationally?
Good news, we do! We are currently only able to accept international (and US) orders through our Etsy shop: asterlisque.etsy.com.
Etsy makes it possible for us since they're able to automatically collect and calculate accurate taxes and shipping. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any taxes and customs fees that may incur.
Currently, the webshop isn't set up to accept any international orders because there isn't an accurate way for us to calculate taxes and shipping without manually doing it. We're sorry for the inconvenience but hope we're able to one day!
When will my order ship?
Orders will be shipped once every week on Wednesday or Thursday.
All orders will be shipped first class through USPS. Tracking is included with all US orders unless you choose stamped mail. You will get an email notification once this happens.
If you need a package quickly, say for a birthday, please make a note of it during checkout and I will see if I can ship it out ASAP. Please note that not all requests can be honored especially if it's very close to the date.
Estimated ship times for US orders:
- Tracked mail: 3~5 days
- Stamped mail: 1~2 weeks
Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates and can take longer especially around the holiday season.
Please make sure your address is correct!
Packages can also be marked as "return to sender" if the address is incorrect or incomplete. In the case a package is returned to us, we can reship the order provided the customer pays new postage for reshipment. If you prefer a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your order total.
My tracking hasn't updated yet, what happened?
In most cases, it can take anywhere from couple of hours to a day or more for tracking to update after the order has been dropped off at the post office. It can be as simple as the shipping label being printed but the package itself hasn't reached the post office yet.
Please note that we ship once every week on Wednesday or Thursday and often prepare packages earlier in the week. Order fulfillment and shipping will typically take 1~3 weeks before an order will reach your hands.
Sometimes issues are due to the postal service and are beyond our control. Please be aware that we have the exact information you have access to. If this happens, we ask for your patience as we try to work with you!
My package is lost! What do I do?
BE AWARE THAT WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OFFER A REFUND IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST!
Please make sure your address is correct!!

Make sure to contact your local post office and ask neighbors to see if your package was misdelivered. Sometimes, your package can be waiting at your post office due to a failed delivery attempt and/or when your postal worker was unable to leave the package in a safe location.

What tools do you use to draw?
I currently use a iPad Pro with Apple Pencil and Clip Paint Studio for most artworks. On occasion, I will use a Cintiq 16, Paint Tool Sai, and/or Photoshop. Any of those combinations! Once in a while I'll also doodle ideas on paper.
